- Use only on a non-flammable surface (incense holder, ceramic, stone).
- Light the tip of the incense, let the flame burn for 2–3 seconds, then gently blow it out.
- Make sure the incense is smoldering and not burning with an open flame.
- Never leave burning or smoldering incense unattended.
- Keep away from children and animals.
- Use in a well-ventilated space.
- Do not inhale the smoke too closely or for prolonged periods.
- After use, make sure the incense is completely extinguished.
- Storage, use & important notes
- Store in a dry, dark place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Keep away from strong external odors.
- Use a small amount — the aroma is highly concentrated.
- Aroma may change depending on temperature and humidity.
- Individual sensitivity to ingredients is possible.

PACKAGING
I carefully pack each batch of incense myself. First, the cones are placed in zip-lock bags to preserve their aroma. Then they are arranged in neat, aesthetic black boxes, sealed with my wax stamp.
If you are choosing incense as a gift, you don’t need to worry about the presentation — everything is prepared with attention to detail.
Each package is assembled with care to preserve the shape and quality of the cones during shipping.
You will also receive a small personal note from me.
SHIPPING
After placing your order, I will confirm the availability of ready-to-ship incense, as well as the possibility of delivery to your country.
Orders that are in stock are dispatched within 2–3 business days after purchase.
Shipping cost is calculated individually depending on your location and usually ranges between $15–25.
Delivery times depend on the shipping service and destination country.
Express delivery or a specific logistics company can be arranged upon request.
CUSTOM ORDERS RETURN
If you have placed and paid for a custom order, you may cancel it within 1 business day from the moment of purchase.
Once the process of creating your personalized incense blend has begun, cancellation and refunds are not possible, as each blend is made specifically for your request.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you ordered ready-made incense and changed your mind, you may cancel your order within 1 business day after placing it.
If your order has already been shipped or received, cancellation or refunds due to a change of mind are not possible.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the hygienic and aromatic nature of the product, returns are only accepted if:
- the incense has not been used
- it has been stored in its original, tightly sealed packaging
- the original packaging is preserved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOMS FEES
Before placing your order, please check the applicable customs duties in your country. Any additional fees (duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes) are your responsibility. If you refuse to receive your parcel for this reason, a refund is not possible.
MISSING PARCELS
When sending parcels through a public post or the logistic company you choose, they are responsible for the safety of the goods. Unfortunately, missing parcels due to the shipping service’s fault are not my responsibility, and I cannot replace them. However, I will closely monitor the progress of your parcels in transit and contact the logistic company if necessary.
INCORRECT INFORMATION

If incorrect information is provided, I am not responsible for delivery issues.
If you notice a mistake, please contact me within 1 business day after placing your order — I will do my best to assist before shipment.
DAMAGE
Please carefully review the product description and photos before ordering.
Inspect your parcel upon receipt, opening it carefully. Please note that incense cones made from dried herbs are quite fragile and require gentle handling.
If your incense was damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible — I will review the situation and do my best to find a solution.
APPEARANCE & NATURE INCENSE
Incense is a natural, handmade, and delicate product.
Variations may occur, including:
- slight differences in shape, color, and texture
- variations in scent from batch to batch
- natural changes in aroma over time, especially if stored improperly.
These are not defects, but a reflection of the natural ingredients and handcrafted process.
I offer the possibility to create a personalized incense blend tailored to your request, state, or intention.

Production time is 10–12 business days.
