The mm sizes indicated in the rings description are the inner circumference diameter Ø , as shown in the image. Please do not confuse the inner diameter with the sizes accepted in your country. A comparison chart of sizes by country is provided below.

To ensure the ring you order fits perfectly, I strongly recommend visiting nearest jewelry store. Try on a ring of a similar width and ask the seller to measure its inner diameter Ø in mm. Ring width affects the fit. Also, consider your individual characteristics, such as the width of your knuckles and your tendency to swell. This method of measurement will be more accurate than trying to measure your rings at home. 

Be careful when choosing the size, because my rings are not exchangeable and they are created in only copy.

PACKAGING

I pack all jewelry by myself in stylish black cardboard boxes. If you choose INNERSTONE accessories as a gift, then upon receipt you can not worry about the beautiful packaging. Each piece of jewelry are securely fixed inside the box, which eliminates their damage during shipment.

You will also receive an individual letter from me, a jewelry designer.

SHIPPING

Upon receiving your order, I will clarify the possibility of sending the parcel to your country.

The parcel will be dispatched within 2-3 business days from the moment the order is placed.

Worldwide free shipping with public post. In case if you need the express delivery or you want to choose another logistic company, the price of the shipping will be on you.

The time of delivery depends on the shipping service. 

• Before storing jewelry, please wash it with soap under running water in order to degrease. Then dry with a paper towel.
• Before packaging jewelry, wipe it with a soft flannel cloth.
• Store silver jewelry in plastic zipper bags separately from each other.
• Do not leave your jewelry for a long time outdoors, on the shelf for example.
• Do not forget to remove your jewelry when performing any household or physical work (cleaning with chemicals, laundry, washing dishes, cooking) to protect them from mechanical damage and contamination.
• Also silver is a soft metal. If you actively work with your hands, remove jewelry before that.
• Remove your jewelry before visiting the pool, gym, sauna, massage, or taking a shower. As well as for any other activities where jewelry may be exposed to chemicals and strong temperature changes.
• Remove jewelry before going to bed to prevent creases and dents

CUSTOM ORDERS RETURN

If you’ve placed a custom jewelry order and paid for it, you can cancel it. Refunds for canceled custom orders are only available within 1 business day of placing the order.

Custom orders cannot be refunded or canceled while they’re being manufactured.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you ordered a ready-made piece of jewelry from the catalog and changed your mind, you can message me and cancel your purchase within 1 business day of placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped or received, you cannot return it or receive a refund if you change your mind.

RETURN POLICY

Jewelry can only be returned in its original packaging, provided it has not been worn or used.

If you purchased jewelry with free shipping, I will refund your purchase price excluding the shipping cost.

You will have to cover the cost for return shipping and I do not refund the shipping cost that was charged when your order was placed.

CUSTOMS FEES

Before placing your order, please check the applicable customs duties in your country. Any additional fees (duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes) are your responsibility. If you refuse to receive your parcel for this reason, a refund is not possible.

MISSING PARCELS

When sending parcels through a public post or the logistic company you choose, they are responsible for the safety of the goods. Unfortunately, missing parcels due to the shipping service’s fault are not my responsibility, and I cannot replace them. However, I will closely monitor the progress of your parcels in transit and contact the logistic company if necessary.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

If you provide an incorrect delivery address or another data when placing your order, the location of your parcel is not my responsibility. Please carefully check all information you provided when placing the order.

If you notice you’ve chosen the wrong size, please let me know within 1 business day after placing your order. In this case, I’ll offer you a replacement or a refund. If your order has already been shipped, exchanges or returns due to size errors are not possible, as all my jewelry is one-of-a-kind. Items are prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

DAMAGE

Please carefully review the product description, photos, and videos before ordering. If you require additional information or have any questions, please feel free to contact me. 

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact me as soon as possible if the item is damaged. I will analyze the issue and do my best to resolve it.

APPEARANCE

If your jewelry has lost its appearance due to use and wear, please ensure you have followed the care tips provided on my website. Loss of appearance due to wear is not grounds for return.

If you liked the model, please, send me the link of the item and I will create your personal ring with any of my textures and with the requiered width and size.

Individual orders is carried out on a preliminary 100% prepayment within 10-12 business days.

I provide photos and video of creating the jewelry so you can see how magic this process is.

Then I carefully pack the jewelry and ship it to you with a personal letter.
